A. Lepori SA (Lugano)

HISTORY

The construction company, founded by Mr. Aldo Lepori in 1947, found its first real home during 1952 at the family home located on Aprica Street in Lugano.

In the same year, the warehouse in Sala Capriasca, Mr. Aldo Lepori's hometown, was moved to the vicinity of the company's offices.
During 1960, the firm moved to its new headquarters, also on Via Aprica in Lugano; 5 years later the warehouse in the Montarina district found new space in Pambio-Noranco.

The year 1967 sees the entry of Eng. Alfredo Ciocco and Arch. Sergio Maggi at the helm of the firm, which is transformed from a sole proprietorship into a joint stock company.

The need to centralize material warehouses leads, in 1993, to the construction of the new, modern warehouse located in Piodella di Muzzano.

Since 2004 the company, which now has about 90 employees, has been led by Eng. Stefano Frei.

Aldo Lepori SA Impresa Costruzioni, a company founded in 1947 and registered in the commercial register since 1967, operates as a general contractor in the field of private and industrial construction.

Using qualified personnel and employing state-of-the-art tools, machinery and construction techniques, the company is able to ensure perfect and workmanlike execution of the work it is commissioned to do.

We have been constructing and renovating large public and private buildings, healthcare facilities, parking garages, industrial buildings, villas, single-family homes and substructure works as a general contractor or construction company for 70 years.

The presence in the company of qualified and demanding personnel in terms of conduct and quality has always been a key element of our corporate values, which have always enabled us to successfully complete the challenges we have been presented with. Today, the enterprise employs about 90 people.
