Ceramic wall and floor coverings, despite their durability and resistance, require proper care.

Using the right products right from the start is the prerequisite for enjoying your tiles for a long time. The right cleaning agent should already be used during construction cleaning. We know our way around cleaning and care issues and recommend the products of Patina Fala and Alpina. We are happy to support you with our various service packages, so that you can enjoy your slab-laying work for a long time to come.

The following four service packages are available.

Professional cleaning After completion of our work, a cleaning demonstration is included. Upon request, we will fully clean the completed work for an hourly rate of 60 Swiss francs.

Annual joint inspection For only 99 francs per year we check your silicone joints once a year. You do not have to worry about anything. The minimum term of the contract is 5 years. Any repairs will be charged at an hourly rate of 95 francs plus material costs.

Guarantee acceptance for bathroom remodeling. After two and five years, we will give you a complete warranty inspection for a bathroom remodel, including a bid and inspection. This way you are sure that all defects have really been repaired. The cost is 600 Swiss francs per warranty inspection.

On-site consultation for care instructions We are happy to advise you on optimal care at an hourly rate of 95 Swiss francs around your used materials, so that you can enjoy your solution for a long time. Of course, if you wish, we can also take care of the implementation of a professional cleaning at the same conditions as in Service Package 1.
