C30-F5 / C40-F5 / C50-F7

Cement hard concrete consists of cement, sand, chippings and water. Normally, they are bonded together by means of a bonding bridge. Depending on the application, cement modification products with stabilizing, practicing and homogenizing effects are added. These influence strength, flexural strength, frost and de-icing salt resistance. Surface strength is influenced by scattering hard aggregate mixtures.

Definition

Hard concrete pavements are ideal and proven industrial floors. They are suitable for high mechanical stress or rolling traffic. Additives, admixtures and the type of processing can be used to match the right type of hard concrete to the respective requirement according to SIA 252.

Cement hardened concrete is usually installed in a single layer in a bond in thicknesses of 25-50mm. Higher layer thicknesses or special hard screeds are installed in two layers.

Colored and polished finishes are also in vogue.
