They form a natural substrate for floors and walls indoors and outdoors. The natural stone flooring is laid without joints, which makes it look very elegant and timeless. In addition, it is good and easy to clean. Mostly marble pebbles are used because walking barefoot on the rounded pebbles feels like a soothing massage. In the outdoor area, the sun shines on the flooring for hours. With the light-colored pebbles, you can still walk barefoot on them or stand on them without burning your feet. This pleasant effect comes from the fact that the stone carpet is porous and thus constantly ventilated.

Stone carpets were already laid in the 80s. At that time the floor coverings were laid with epoxy binders. Unfortunately, the epoxy binders have yellowed and turned yellowish under sunlight and UV exposure.

Today, polyurethane binders are used in most cases. These have excellent light and UV resistance and are very weatherproof. This means that they can be used almost anywhere, and the life expectancy is 20 years or more.
